Skirts, Skirts, Skirts!

I Love skirts!!!  There are some wonderful and EASY skirt tutorials that I have found online and would love to share the links with you all!

This first site is for the 5 minute skirt... I have made one of these and love it!  Mine took about 15 minutes but still for me (new to sewing) it was super quick!  My only problem with this tutorial is that I could not find the FOE anywhere!  I ended up just doing regular elastic and it still worked find.

A dear friend of mine made a skirt using two pairs of pants... what a great idea!  It looks fun and easy, I cant wait to try it myself!  Here is the tutorial for you all to make your own!

Here is another skirt tutorial that I have not yet tried but it looks fast, easy and cheap!  You can lengthen the skirt measurements if you prefer longer skirts like I do.

I would love to hear if you have any fun skirt sewing ideas or tutorials!  I have really enjoyed doing this week in feminine dress and without telling my children that it is over they are still coming to the table dressed as little ladies... I think the week has stuck :)

Well its time for me to get back to school and check some writing assignments... next week I will be posting about how a friend and I set up some of our planners and home management notebooks!

  3. Thank you for your message! I know how hard it is to be referred & then wait. Thank you for your prayers - "S" has brought such joy & love to our lives. I have prayed for such a little one...and I know I that this is the little one I prayed for every morning as I would drive to work, that God would watch over him & let him know that there was a Mommy & Daddy out there who loved him & could not wait for him to join their family. Thank you for the goodness of your heart.
