I'm all into detoxing, too! I think that a huge detoxing for me is getting rid of starches for a while. Eating a lot of spinach and drinking a lot of water. Looking forward to reading your series.

ReplyDeleteI'm with you on ditching the starches :) Water is another biggie, I'm finally getting to where I prefer it over other drinks. It was hard in the beginning!
ReplyDeleteI sometimes have a hard time drinking water alone, but a little bit of lemon or lime always helps. It's more refreshing and I think that the lime helps with the detox.
