Some Days...

Following Soule Mama--I share what "some days" are like around our house:

fitness

Some days... I feel as though homeschooling is harder than working out.

Some days... I feel like giving up.

Some days... we are lucky to get more than reading and math done.

Some days... play-dough is my hero.

Some days... I forget to plan for dinner.

Some days... when my head hits my pillow, I wonder, "did I hug them today?"

Some days... I have to remind myself why we do this, why we homeschool.

Some days... I forget that the days are long but the years are short.

I'm trying to learn to embrace each day.

  2. Yep, those years really are short. I can't believe I'll be graduating another son from homeschool at the end of our 2011-2012 year. Wow!! Hang in there!

  5. I totally respect you for homeschooling your kids. I didn't have the courage. But it's definitely not for everyone. I believe that homeschooling cannot be measured by the amount of work  you have accomplished, but it's about the amount of time you spent with your kids to nurture them and inculcate the right values in their lives. Keep up the good work, you will see the fruits of your labour of love. God bless you!

Thanks for the sweet comment on my blog by the way!
